Enka Center & Commerce Park Welcomes Newest Neighbor: Haakon Industries
What’s going on at Enka Center & Commerce Park? You may have noticed increased activity and building equipment in the Enka/Sand Hill Road area this Spring. We are pleased to announce that new state-of-the-art construction planning has begun in preparation for the arrival of our newest commercial neighbor, Haakon Industries. Grading begins in April and will continue throughout the Summer and early Fall months.
In conjunction with this, we’ll also be creating new sites with acreage available on Sand Hill Road, as well as larger commercial tracts available near the Enka Clock Tower. Add in the start of baseball season at the newly constructed Bob Lewis Ballpark and the recent approval of funding for the new Enka Heritage Trail greenway, and our community is a buzz of Spring activity!
