This multi-phase enterprise is a partnership with Biltmore Farms, which is developing the residential component. Lewis Real Estate, along with it’s extensive partner network is developing the retail, commercial, multi-family and commerce sections. One of our earliest and perhaps most important contributions to this project occurred in helping shape the land usage and planning decisions.

The land development process is one of enhancing value and creating new value in real property. Our recent history in this field reflects a record of success after success.
