170 Sweeten Creek Road is now home to a Blossman Gas retail location and research center, along with a brand new 22,000 sf Trane Heating & Cooling building that serves as a sales office, training office, and warehouse space at 168 Sweeten Creek Road.

There are approximately 1.5 acres of land still available for additional development at proposed 196 Sweeten Creek Road.
